JMS and Associates, a Smart Data Solutions Company, is looking for fast and flexible data entry clerks familiar with medical and dental claim forms. We are looking to build a team of people with excellent keyboarding skills and the desire to meet production goals. Candidate must have the ability to focus and concentrate on detailed information.

Requirements:

• 45+ WPM typing speed, with 97% accuracy.
• 8000 KPH ten key, with 98% accuracy.
• Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot keys/shortcuts.

What will you be doing:

As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification with a high level of accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.
• Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.
• Complete understanding of business rules.
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential.
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.
