Summary:
Smart Data Solutions is rapidly growing and we are looking for independent, self-motivating individuals. As an Intake Specialist, your duties are fairly straightforward.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process insurance forms
- Evaluate forms according to documentation
- Provide interpretation of insurance appeals
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
- Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes

- 40+ WPM typing speed and 4500 KPH 10-key experience

Work Type:
Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible scheduling. 15-40 hours/week.
Employees will have the option to work remotely after 60-days of employment.

Employees will have the option to work remotely. Minimum at home workstation requirements:

Pay:
Starting pay is $12/hr. There is also an opportunity for bonuses!! Meeting/exceeding quality and production minimums means more money in your pocket.

COVID-19 Notice

Federal Covid Vaccination Mandate
SDS is subject to the Federal Covid Vaccination Mandate due to our status as a Federal Sub-Contractor. The mandates dictates that we implement the below policies:
- All US employees must have received their second vaccination of Moderna or Pfizer or the one shot of Johnson & Johnson by January 4, 2022.
- These requirements apply to all remote employees, even if you never work in an SDS facility.
- Proof of vaccination must be received by 1/4/22.
- If an employee does not meet the vaccination requirements, they must provide a negative test every week at their own expense.
- If neither of those requirements are met, the employee will not be allowed to work until they are compliant and failure to comply may result in termination.
