Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure development projects are completed on time and within budget
- Thoroughly understand all SOW’s
- Develop project plans and milestones
- Assign needed project resources
- Identify and track project change orders
- Provide regular project updates and reports to customers and SDS Management Team
- Immediately escalate project threats and roadblocks
- Facilitate internal communication between departments (i.e. Production, Mailroom, etc.)
- Closeout projects in a timely manner with proper customer approvals
- Ensure all billing is set up accurately and thoroughly
- Provide a high level of customer communication and interaction
- Keep customer updated on key project details
- Communicate with customer on issues
- Provide thorough and professional customer responses in a very timely manner
- Assign and manage the workload of the development team
- Conduct daily meeting to review assigned tasks
- Identify staffing capacity metrics
- Tightly manage the output of each developer/team-member
- Identify training needs for developers
- Assist with new developer onboarding
- Provide regular reports and updates to SDS Management Team
- Develop team KPIs
- Provide developer coaching and feedback
- Ensure key benchmarks are achieved
- Develop performance improvement plans for developers as needed
- Oversee projects and resources worked in SDS’ Nepal office
- Ensure there is a clear understanding of SOWs and timelines
- Conduct regular project updates with the Nepal office
- Assist Solutions Engineer with new SOWs
- Provide input into SOW hours and details
- Assist with obtaining SOW details from customers
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- At least a 4-year technical degree (Preferably in Computer Science or similar)
- 0-5 years similar experience
- Experience with technical project management, specific to JAVA development
- Preferred experience in the healthcare insurance industry
Job Type:
Full-time position. Monday – Friday. Work hours outside of normal office hours may be required to meet deadlines, attend events, etc. Some travel may be required. This position requires in-office work for at least the first year.
Pay:
Starting at $60,000. Salaried based on qualifications.
