Smart Data Solutions’ proprietary cloud-based platform, QuickClaim, is a secure user interface for SDS customers that allows them to view, track, and access reporting on their submitted claims and correspondence. Our QuickClaim platform is fully customizable and has features to bring greater access and transparency to your documents being worked.

Tracking Capabilities

One of the greatest features of our QuickClaim platform is the ability to easily track and view your claims and correspondence being worked. The details of all documents are logged in the Document History Tracker, in which you can access the status of any current claim or previously processed claim and the details associated with it, including when and how it was processed. With our Document Summary Report, you can track your received and completed volume as well as receive a high-level summary of everything in a digestible format.

Workflow Queues

The workflow queues within the QuickClaim platform are a way for users to organize and process documents received by Smart Data Solutions. The workflow queues are custom tailored with functions and options available that are fully customizable and specific to your process.

Other features include:

  • Each document type has its own queue
  • You can print documents straight onto your computer
    • SDS will prepare and allow them to download
  • Create notes for future processors looking at the documents
  • Access to scanned images and capabilities to move the document to other queues or change its progress status

Our workflow queues can also be used by your staff to edit any documents and/or rejected claims.

When you become a customer of Smart Data Solutions, you gain access to our Client & Technical Partnership teams. Our Client Partnership team will work with you to strategize on ways SDS can assist with your initiatives and future growth. Our Technical Partnership teams have the technical expertise to make these plans become reality. Each SDS customer is provided a personalized email address for submitting a ticket and our Technical Support team offers a 24/7 support pager for instantaneous support should an emergency arise. You will also have a detailed escalation process should you ever need extra support or quicker resolution. Our communications team also sends out weekly QuickClaim email notifications to communicate feature updates, maintenance notices, emergency issues, and more.
