After a four-year hiatus, the Smart Data Solutions Customer Symposium is returning for an in-person event from May 4th to 6th, 2022 in St. Paul, MN. This event is a chance for us to connect with our partners and key stakeholders, and introduce everyone to one another. From informative panels to social networking opportunities and an evening of axe throwing, our Symposium will blend learning and entertainment in a way we all could use after being virtual.
We’re excited to welcome speakers to discuss organizational initiatives and growth opportunities, industry updates, the integration of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into workflow processes, new mandates surrounding the No Surprises Act, Medical Record Analysis, Prior Authorizations, and more.
We asked our team what they’re looking forward to most about this year’s Symposium and what they missed while we were unable to meet.
I’m looking forward to seeing our clients! I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of our clients for over a decade and have developed real relationships with them. I love chatting with someone that I implemented more than five years ago and seeing how things are going.
I missed the personal interaction. I like the Zoom calls and it’s a great way to stay in touch. However, I’ve grown accustomed to being able to rely on the Symposium as a way to meet up with some long-term colleagues from our clients and it was a bummer not to be able to meet.
I’m looking forward to seeing customers I haven’t seen in a while, and meeting new ones for the first time. I missed the excitement and planning leading up to the event. We are always trying to “one-up” ourselves each year.
I’m looking forward to the whole event! We have fun activities planned and great presentations for our clients lined up. It will be nice to reconnect with our clients in person.
I missed the fact that we missed celebrating our 20-years in business with our clients! We had this Symposium planned for 2020 and due to COVID, we needed to reschedule.
I know some businesses are still cautious about sending representatives but our Symposium is a great way to learn about SDS, our service offerings, including new products, how others are utilizing our services, and current events within our industry.
I enjoy attending the Customer Symposium because I learn more about issues in the industry while also learning about the ways other organizations are using Smart Data Solutions’ offerings to cut costs.
